Massages are great but be careful with membership. They do not explain and then they give you a hard time about canceling. Spoke to 2 different people and called to follow up about an additional payment and I was told by Crystal it was never done.
I had a wonderful experience at Hand & Stone in Huntington. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. I had the absolute BEST facial with Trisha. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and her technique is top tier. I left so relaxed with glowing skin. I highly recommend booking a facial with Trisha!
I’ve been a loyal monthly customer since they opened. Great facials and also massages. Never ever had a negative experience. so many great staff for facials and massages both. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean. Ample free parking in town. Staff is demure. Helpful. Sweet. Professional. Highly recommend ! Self care is key

It’s the kind of experience that leaves you not only looking better but feeling better from the inside out. I will definitely be back—and next time, I’m adding a massage to the package too!
