Wasn't impressed with my masseuse. Too soft handed to be massaging. After my massage, I got a facial. I waited almost ten minutes for the woman to come back into the room after asking me to disrobe. I heard her outside laughing and conversating with a co worker. Other then that the facial was nice and the girl was nice as well.
The overall experience was Great!
I was experiencing some serious back pain as a result of sciatica and was gifted a massage to Hand and Stone. Once I arrived I immediately felt calm. I checked in with the amazing staff and was brought back by one of their massage therapist, Kory. He did wonderfully at explaining how things go and was extremely professional the entire time. I had such a great experience at Hand & Stone! Paris was absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain everything, customized my facial to my skin's needs, and it was incredibly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, and my skin looked and felt amazing. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about providing a great experience, I highly recommend booking with Paris. I'll definitely be back!
Had great experience at my first visit to Hand and Stone. Receptionist was welcoming and my therapist, Mika, was awesome. Enjoyed it so much, I signed up for membership. Membership makes monthly fee reasonable. #investing in self
