I get facials with Monique once a month. She is the absolute best. I leave with my skin glowing and feeling relaxed everytime. She always offers things to try that will help my skin depending what I need that month.
Don’t get a membership with this place. I submitted a signed cancellation request and had the receptionist sign it. I took a picture of the request and they still managed to charge me for 3 months after I submitted the cancellation request. I talked to the manager and of course they act like they have no idea that I submitted a cancellation request. The whole thing is a scam.
I went in for a massage and facial at this location and wow I’m so impressed! They absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to other locations before, but this one is by far the best. You never feel rushed, and the appointments are a full 50–60 minutes of pure relaxation. I booked two appointments and I was given a spa robe, and slippers to walk into my second appointment. I got facial from Ashley, she seemed quite knowledgeable and super gentle with my sensitive skin. Face literally got glowy and hydrated. Highly recommended!
