I vacation in Orlando twice a year and this Hand and Stone is my home base. In the 30 years that I had massages, I can honestly say the best massage therapist is Lady! She is awesome and I booked with her 4 times in one week!

I had been in pain for a week from moving house and scheduled a massage here...it was a life saver. Sarah did wonders for my back. Defiantly recommend.
A complete scam. It's impossible to get in and get services due to scheduling. They charge you no matter what. Staff had to ask the owner if they would honor a refund for 5 months of charges. The owner said no!! GREED GREED GREED. So they won't give me a refund on services that haven't been provided. Such an embarrassment of a business. If that greedy, I wonder if they even clean and sanitize properly. The sheets did look suspicious at times. Wish I never started with them.
