5/5 Ericka is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you walk in, she creates an atmosphere that’s warm, welcoming, and instantly calming. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly where tension is hiding and works it out with the perfect balance of skill, pressure, and care. Every session feels customized to what my body needs that day, and I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and completely recharged.
Worst customer service. I did not opt for any recurring service and they are cutting amount worth 89.95$ each month and very disgusting. And ehen rsised a dispute they say i have enrolled and the amount is charged every month from past 2 months even after raising the dispute.
Ericka was great! I had a great time and mu experience was very pleasant. Thank you so much for it and I hope to be back soon.
Erica is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. She gives 110% of her efforts, keeps checking in, provides expert guidance to relieve pain and is a holistically wonderful therapist to work with. There is no doubt in my mind that I should continue getting my experience with her at Hand and Stone Massage Centre! Overall the staffs are also very caring and tend to our needs well. A must try!! :)
