I booked a massage and facial, back to back. My massage started 10 minutes late with no apology or explanation. The service was relaxing, and if I had only booked the massage, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars. However, after my massage, I was given a very thin robe to wear as I waited for my facial treatment. I thought I would be only waiting for a few minutes, but my next treatment started 15 minutes later. I get massages fairly often but my massage with AJ was the best one I've ever had. She listened thoughtfully and really knows the body, hit every pressure point and really loosened my muscles. I walked away feeling so light and relaxed. I am definitely coming back! I don't even live in Chicago but I will be flying back just to see her. The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming! This is my favorite hand and stone location. 10/10. Highly recommend!!
