Absolutely fantastic massage! Donna created a calming, welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. Her technique is both soothing and effective—I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. She’s attentive, professional, and truly gifted at what she does. Conveniently located in the HEB plaza. Everyone was friendly, from the guest service team at check-in to the therapist. My introductory massage was great and very relaxing. The whole process was smooth and professional.
I really wanted to like the massage, but unfortunately, I did not. It felt more like a light body rub with occasional pressure points rather than a full massage. The therapist used small strokes on my back and skipped the mid and lower back entirely. The legs were rushed—maybe a minute each—with no real massage technique or glute work. Doesn’t return messages for appointments, doesn’t honor reservations made in person, and doesn’t honor spa packages made as gifts that only existed as holiday specials. $479 for nothing at all. They also change what you buy and give you a “membership” package that doesn’t line up with the 3 specific massage package you bought. I’m pretty sure I also added tips I’ll likely never get back.
