Jay was great! Strong pressure, good technique using knuckles, forearm, elbow for tight areas. Gave some guidance afterwards, ex; Increase water/electrolytes intake, stretching, etc. I would recommend Jay at this location.
I called to book an appointment several times and nobody ever answered the phones 🤷
