Friendly staff, great service
I got massage session with Angel. He is very professional. And I got a Facial with Sara, she is so sweet and my skin is glowing. I’m happy with my new membership. The Front desk was excellent too!
I’ve been loving having the membership here! I’m a dental student, so the monthly massage is the highlight of my week. Highly highly recommend Vaniola as well, she always pays attention to any concerns I have, and makes full use of my 50 minutes.
The facial massage was great — professional and relaxing. But the front desk ruined the experience. The staff was rude, pushy, and aggressively tried to sell me memberships and upsell services right after my massage. I was pressured to tip more and questioned about why I’m not booking more often, which felt intrusive and disrespectful.
