I had an amazing experience at the Newtown Square location! Shakerra was absolutely wonderful — she has an incredible touch and truly knows how to deliver a therapeutic massage. The Himalayan salt stone treatment was perfect — warm and soothing without being too hot. Thank you so much for such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had membership at this location for many years and had a really terrible experience and stopped coming. I had a gift card that I had to use at this location specifically so I returned and honestly, this place has turned around 360. The Director Brandi is super super nice and helpful. Listened to an old concern that I had with my membership & was willing to try to find a solution. Flexible and overall just has exceptional customer service. Latoya is the best! i have been going to her for a long time! she knows exactly what i need! My tired muscles feel great when she's done. i think one of these days i will extend my massage and make it 90 minutes!
