Got a gel set done here before a wedding. They did exactly what I showed them on my phone. Clean place, not rushed.
Dulcie was absolutely phenomenal. She listens to exactly what you need and delivers every time. I cannot recommend her enough! She is down to earth, wise and so so good at her craft. Hand and Stone is great in general, but she is a GEM!!
Dulcie is amazing, I cannot say enough good things about her capabilities, connection, communication, and energy. She has provided me with the best massage therapy I have ever experienced. Hand & Stone does a great job with scheduling and working with their clients busy schedules. Always a pleasure.
This location is not what it used to be. The staff cancels appointments often but then isn’t accommodating to its guests. The Manager, April, is unkind to customers constantly (both myself and I’ve witnessed her behavior towards customers in store). If you can make it that way, the Seminole location is absolutely wonderful (like night and day compared to here). The staff is caring and you are treated like a VIP from the moment you walk in at that location, and that is not the case here in my experience. I rarely give reviews... read more
Best facial I’ve ever had! My skin looked glowy and felt so hydrated. Meghan did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable and made the experience very relaxing. She listened to my skin care needs and gave me advice and recommended products to me.
