Julia was so kind best Customer Service so knowledgeable so patient I probably asked 100 questions and she never got annoyed. The only thing I will say is I’ve been there had a great massages, but my facial was not that great and I should’ve stopped during the beginning and said I want someone else. Her hands were cold. Was scheduled for a massage today with my girlfriend at the same time and they had no record of my appointment so I just had to sit in the car for a hour till she got hers done. I was already on the fence with hand and stone with all the emails and texts they send for surveys after a session even if you op out and in the middle of the night to boot. Won't go to a hand and stone again.
It's ok. Front desk task turns over alot. They're better than most chain spas
