I have been a client for a long time, but unfortunately I have decided to discontinue my services. Each time I come in for a facial, there is constant pressure to purchase additional products or add-on services, which makes the experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. i’ve been going to hand and stone waverly for years but in the last year specifically I have found an amazing massage therapist (tia) and the best esthetician (octavia) I have a membership and I struggled using them every month like I was suppose to. they were absolutely amazing about working with me and made sure I got my moneys worth.
