I booked a deep tissue massage at 2 pm, as requested I filled out the paperwork online and checked in at 1:45. Around 2:10 pm a therapist called me and said there had been a mistake and the person I was scheduled with took her client so she would massage me, I explained it was my first massage there so it was fine with me as long as she could do the deep tissue add on that I had purchased and she agreed. I love Hand and Stone. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The massages are wonderful and help my sore muscles. Amber is great!
I had a terrible experience at Hand & Stone that completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday treat. We came in just for a massage, nothing more, but Jennifer pushed us into signing up for a membership we clearly said we didn’t want. It felt incredibly forced, uncomfortable, and honestly manipulative. We felt cornered into making a decision on the spot, and when we realized what had happened and tried to get a refund, they refused. This place is a scam, just know if you got a gift card with 200 and your massage was 80, they’ll just take the whole card and leave you with nothing because their system is set so trash they don’t have it even figured out. Their “employees” won’t be constant with the massages, they’ll stop and pause because they think you’re sleeping or something and time will pass. Unprofessional and overall just don’t come here and you’re better off asking your significant other for a massage, it’ll at least be done with love and intent 😂... read more
I really enjoy Jordyn and her approach to massage. She has tremendous knowledge of the lymphatic system and gives good recommendations for lifestyle adjustments after each session. Highly recommend Jordyn!
