Great experience! I don't typically write reviews but it was so good, I had to tell somone about it! They are so welcoming and relaxing. I had a massage and a facial. I haven't had either in so long because of multiple bad experiences. This was a gift from my boyfriend. He did good on his research because I will definitely be back! I signed up for their membership program. It's a great deal, especially for the quality of service you receive!
My 1st time here, as I recorded a gift for Christmas. The atmosphere was wonderful. Offered me a warm neck wrap as I waited. My masseuse was Brittany. She was extra ordinary. Very quiet voice. If I lived closer, I would join their membership. Overall a great experience!
Anna is great. My skin is always much better after a visit with her. My only complaint is that the waiting area is so loud! Don’t expect to relax with three people behind the desk answering phones, schedules appointments and trying to sell gift cards to everyone who walks in the door. They need a separate area for customers to chill and relax.
I am so happy that Sunny is back! She is the best therapist you have. The introduction of rubber gloves was kind of disappointing. Having that human touch is really important. But she is great and I missed her. My previous visit was terrible and I considered quitting my membership but decided to wait for Sunny to return. Glad I did. Sunny is wonderful.
I always get the facial massage and the scalp massage. Let me say Lexi does a wonderful job so relaxing. Her pressure on the face and scalp are perfect and she definitely is good at her job. Very focused and relaxing. Thank you Lexi. Definitely five star all the time.
