I had a terrible experience at Hand & Stone that completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday treat. We came in just for a massage, nothing more, but Jennifer pushed us into signing up for a membership we clearly said we didn’t want. Booked an appointment as a new client for a 60min massage. Arrived at location on time with forms already filled out and completed online prior to arrival. Waited patiently for 15minutes past my scheduled appointment time to have my name called (so I could get some relief from the pain/discomfort I've been dealing with)only to NOT receive a massage.
