I'm giving three stars based on the cleanliness of the facility, the cheerful front desk staff and the personality of the massage therapist. Unfortunately, what I actually went in to receive, a deep tissue massage, would rank between .5 and 1 star. There was nothing deep about it. I explained that I needed a great deal of pressure for the massage to be effective, but she was unable to do it even after 2 requests. Great experience! I don't typically write reviews but it was so good, I had to tell somone about it! They are so welcoming and relaxing. I had a massage and a facial. I haven't had either in so long because of multiple bad experiences. This was a gift from my boyfriend. He did good on his research because I will definitely be back! I signed up for their membership program. It's a great deal, especially for the quality of service you receive!
I am so happy that Sunny is back! She is the best therapist you have. The introduction of rubber gloves was kind of disappointing. Having that human touch is really important. But she is great and I missed her. My previous visit was terrible and I considered quitting my membership but decided to wait for Sunny to return. Glad I did. Sunny is wonderful.
I started a membership a few months ago as I drive for a living and my sciatica acts up. I have been going to see Ruby since I started the membership and she is absolutely amazing. Literally the best massage I've ever had and i have been to a lot of different therapists. I was even married to one for 20 years. She has really helped with my sciatica!! Not transparent and customer service was bad. Massage wasn’t even good, a deep tissue shouldn’t feel like a rubbing, tipped her good but felt like she was upset the whole time. . Cancelled the membership never again. I’d rather spend my money for a massage somewhere else. Beware of their policy they tell you one thing on the phone and charge you a whole other thing there.
