Mildrey was fantastic
While we love the staff there especially Hector, my wife has had 3 of the last 5 massages canceled the day of the massage. They ask you to book a month or 2 in advance, but they continue to pull this crap with no options. We will be canceling our membership. Asked for manager to call us multiple times and still no response fr management. Buyer beware, I would spend my money somewhere else from Hand and Stone in Mercato. Very disappointed.
Andrea was a very pleasant massage therapist. She asked questions to learn what I preferred and followed through with what I had asked for. She was amazing and I am looking forward to returning soon.
