Aylin may be the best massage therapist I have ever had. She understands how the body works and can address issues with muscles and nerves with precision. Her schedule books up quick but that is due to her amazing ability to promote not only relaxation but healing. I rebooked for a 90 minute Himalayan this time due to how much better I feel today after she worked on my frozen shoulder. I highly recommend getting the Himalayan as it makes the impact of the massage so much more lasting. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
The therapists at this location are excellent. Hector is amazing. I am writing a negative review because of the management. I have been a member for almost 10 years. I convinced my husband to join in October 2025. In that time frame, his appointment has been cancelled almost every single time an in less than 24 hours. We had an appointment two weeks ago and his got cancelled. We rebooked for tomorrow. Guess what? Cancelled just now. Management offers nothing for the inconveniences.
