I had an appointment called to tell them I was going to be late or to cancel because I was at the doctors which she can’t get up and leave a doctors office so without even questioning they charge my account $39 for not showing which I would’ve come in as soon as the appointment was over, but they got kind of Strong with me on the phone so as soon as my gift card is up at that place, I’ll never go back and I am going to call the general manager about it because the people that work there are extremely rude
Went to try out one of the students, Drew. Most massages i have had, I walk out feeling great and a few hours later the pain gradually returns. This experience, I left feeling better than I came in, during the day, my muscles relaxed more and more and had the most productive PIYO and Karate classes I have experienced in a long time. Sent my mom and aunt for a paid facial. They charged my aunt and charged my credit card twice as well. Very frustrating getting the matter resolved. Poor customer service and the facials were just ok. They are good at upselling andadding additional cost on two old ladies. Bad experience. I won't ever go back.
I've been coming for eight years. The place is clean, the people are friendly and experienced.
What an amazing experience. First time getting a massage with Billy. Definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future.
