Had the most sped through, bizarre feeling massage. I kept waiting for her hands to slow down so I could relax, but it never happened. They sold a 60 minute massage, but actually only do 50. I feel like the ladies there are pressured to stay on time and move quickly. Therefore the massages feel stressed and pressured. Poor girl seemed out of breath her hands and arms were massaging so quickly the entire time.

Terrible Customer Service – Beware! I had a really disappointing experience with Hand & Stone. I had to cancel an appointment last-minute due to feeling unwell and fully expected a cancellation fee. However, instead of deducting it from the many credits I had, they insisted on charging me extra. After speaking with the manager, she reluctantly agreed to take an entire $79.99 credit instead—which felt unfair, but I accepted it. A week later, I noticed they STILL charged me the $40 fee. I love this place!! I always have the most wonderful experiences. The ladies at the desk are so friendly. I got my first facial here and it was so educational. I love getting massages religiously and they always remember my preferences. I would recommend everyone to get a membership!
Extremely disappointing, I called two weeks in advance to make an appointment for a couples massage for our anniversary, I received emails and texts confirming my appointment and three days before the appointment received an email canceling my appointment. When I called to find out if this was a common practice, I was told that they never showed a reservation under my name.
