First off, scheduling is not very good. Time after time I’ve waited for the decompression table and after that, waited to get adjusted. Seems to me they book too many people at once. I have felt noticeable improvement over the course of 30 treatments so that’s why I give them 3 stars.
Staff was friendly, nice place. But they did not spread out my appointments and used all of mine up in 5/6 weeks. And they are very unorganized in their billing. They never got it straight the whole time. Instead of telling me I have a balance at my last appointment they call me weeks later. They would decide to charge me randomly for things they hadn't previously.
