They are in the business of employing thieves unfortunately. I purchased a Husqvarna 51 chainsaw from an employee of Hancock’s named Jessica Carlson. The saw was to be delivered to my home, Jessica claims my address came up as undeliverable. Well that’s what she told Chesterfield Sheriffs Dept. at least. I have lived at that same address for 12yrs., never had this problem. I tell her okay send me money back, she refuses. Well when she was contacted by the Sheriffs Dept. she said she was working on trying to get me paid back.... read more
Mr. Hancock really knows what hes doing, he fixed a problem on our four wheeler that another mechanic couldn't fix even though he already charged us, and his prices are great! Will definitely be using him again!
