Excellent experience! I had an Ooooops moment, tried backing into my garage when the door was still 1/3 way down. Ripped my antenna right off the roof of my vehicle, leaving a large hole and many scratches. They made it like new again. Easy to work with, friendly, excellent communication. Highly recommend!
I took my Tundra to Hancock's for an insurance claim. They did incredible work and everybody I met there seemed great. I highly recommend.

Just picked up my 2022 Honda Ridgeline from them. Had been in a collision before I purchased it and the previous repair was poorly done. These guys fixed the issues at a reasonable price in a reasonable time. I would happily use them again if needed.
