I have more than two years with a business account I always get great customer service but today was just horrible. Extremely horrible! Since I got to the branch I had to wait for the door to the open because the bank teller was too busy on her phone. I get there and I receive no greeting. Seem like I’m the one that’s providing server and not the one receiving. I was unable to get a cashiers check for a check written by a Whitney Bank customer because I do not have an account with them. How can a bank not certify funds written by their own bank? I can access the funds if it’s cashiers check. DEFINITELY DONT BANK HERE! If they had a phone number, I would’ve called them but instead had to drive over to be not helped. All other banks certify their own funds.
