Some of the tellers are so loud and unprofessional. I've had some to ask for gifts and lunch from my husband and I. Rule number one, never accept money or gifts, when handling money.
1 star just for being open. ppl DO NOT COME HERE ON SATURDAY"S. THEY DO ONE CAR EVERY 10 MINUTES not sure how this bank stays open and more bad reviews given. this bank is by far the slowest drive thru hancock bank has. usually take at other branches about 2 minutes per car. where's the manager.
Very kind staff. The banker I saw answered all my questions and helped me to understand credit scores.
