Tellers are friendly and professional. The bank has an old money vibe about it that feels how banks used to be, when ppl knew you by name.
Horrible service. I started a business bank account in Aug of 2017 with a promotion they had at the time. The promotion was to have the service for 3 months and make several transactions within that time and I was to receive a $400 gift card. I completed the requisite and never received the gift card. I left many messages to the banker, Curt who never called me back. I finally spoke to Curt who transferred me to a teller. The teller said he would fill out a form that Kurt would send to promotions.
