Have a newborn baby and Hancock Whitney can't release a 2 week hold on my pay check. It's nice to know that this bank doesn't care if a newborn baby eats or if a father can buy his kids Christmas presents. Looks like I will be changing banks as soon as this hold is up on January 1st. I switched to this bank because of the poor customer service of Chase, back to the drawing board!
