They refused to help me pay my car note unless I opened an account with them, put $500 minimum in it then added my car note amount every month to be auto drafted. I went to get the cash from my bank and I waited at the window 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me, and another 15 for them to process the transaction and ask if I wanted my change back. I will never recommend them to anyone and will be just mailing a check in until I find someone else to refinance with.
