Love it, just wish a couple of cycling classes each week could be at 11 or 12 instead of them all being at 9. Some of us can make the lunch time classes and not 9 classes. Other than that, it’s a great place that is clean and has an awesome staff!
The quality and care of the equipment at this gym does not align with the price point. For a facility marketed as a medically based fitness center, basic maintenance should be a priority. Ripped pads, which pose hygiene concerns such as potential exposure to things like ringworm, are widespread and remain unrepaired for months. Love the wellness center! I participated in the clinical exercise program between my knee replacement surgeries. It was so helpful! The aqua classes and therapy pool have been so beneficial as well.
