Kurt is an amazing asset to Hancock Terrace, he is a Gem. We had a plumbing emergency and our bathtub faucet broke and was gushing water. He ran to the store, bought a new cartridge, and fixed it easily. He came on his day off and on a Memorial Day. I don't know what we would have done without him. Thank you.

Very lovely place great place to live it's in a very good area next to the bus depot you can have your pet with you .I' would enjoy living very professional office staff nice and clean a great place to live.

The complex staff have been excellent since we moved in. As far as maintenance, Kurt has been great. He's knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years and it’s been awesome. Never really had any issues with anything major. Just regular maintenance work that is easily fixed by their workers. Kurt the maintenance guy here is very quick at working on issues with the apartment and is very knowledgeable. Helpful and nice, also very informative with the task at hand.
