There is no security here at all. The old owners were way better at maintaining the property now it's dirty. The door to our building has been broken for over a month.
Kurt is an amazing asset to Hancock Terrace, he is a Gem. We had a plumbing emergency and our bathtub faucet broke and was gushing water. He ran to the store, bought a new cartridge, and fixed it easily. He came on his day off and on a Memorial Day. I don't know what we would have done without him. Thank you.
Very lovely place great place to live it's in a very good area next to the bus depot you can have your pet with you .I' would enjoy living very professional office staff nice and clean a great place to live.

The complex staff have been excellent since we moved in. As far as maintenance, Kurt has been great. He's knowledgeable and professional.
