I gave this establishment 2 stars because the move out experience was unpleasant. No where in the lease does it tell you that you already lose $250 for carpet cleaning even if you use a carpet cleaner to clean it yourself. I spent quite a bit of time ensuring the apartment was clean and was told by my move out inspector I would not get charged a cleaning fee because of how immaculate the apartment was. It has taken forever to get a resolution from them. I moved out in July. Absolutely unacceptable!

Does this company ever answer their phones? Trying to get a real life leasing agent seems like I need to fly back there and go in person 🙄. I get to the point of irritation waiting for someone to answer, but that irritation grows LARGER with the automated system repeating the same Information. I’m trying to leave a voicemail, I press 2, and the automated service continues to repeat the same stuff. So apparently even that way doesn’t work for contacting. I want a live leasing agent to deal with my matters in a timely fashion... read more
I would strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. Our experience moving out was extremely frustrating and has resulted in unexpected charges. I would not recommend this apartment complex.
