After being here for seven years, I really appreciate the service over here. The maintenance department leasing office management living. Here has been a wonderful place for me because I have not lived in an apartment for 40 years. I’ve always been in a house. I feel very safe over here I have a very good relationship with the leasing office and within maintenance departments they all are very excellent here. There is no security here at all. The old owners were way better at maintaining the property now it's dirty. The door to our building has been broken for over a month.

Kurt is an amazing asset to Hancock Terrace, he is a Gem. We had a plumbing emergency and our bathtub faucet broke and was gushing water. He ran to the store, bought a new cartridge, and fixed it easily. He came on his day off and on a Memorial Day. I don't know what we would have done without him. Thank you.
