Kurt, Maintenance Technician, is professional, knowledgeable and fast. Over the years he has helped us twice with plumbing related issues (kitchen sink & bathroom) and he always goes above and beyond to help better the tenants’ quality of life. Thank you Kurt.

I just wanted to give kudos to the most amazing housekeeping attendant I have been here going on 5 years and she has been here the same if not longer... you can always tell when she does my building it's just an immaculate and very well done job thank you so much!!!
Kurt was the maintenance Tech that was sent to us today . He was very professional and completed his work in a timely manner.
Kurt was such an amazing help! A true blessing! My stove had caught on fire and I have severe ptsd from fire, he was able to stay calm and keep me calm throughout the process of getting it out! He showed up in a timely manner and even helped me get the smoke smell out of my house!
