Employees are friendly and quick to reply/schedule. However had them come out to do an estimate of installing a whole house water filter, the guy that came out gave a recommendation to run extra pipe to install at a more convenient place and that was the only option discussed as it made sense. He walked me through what they would do, where it would go and also gave an estimate of approx 2hrs to complete the job. He gave me a rough estimate before leaving and said they would email it over. A year and a half ago they had an employee called Chuck very good well repair at my residence from this man. Got us up and running within three hours paying him was very reasonable. Just recently in my well went out again. Chuck no longer works for Hancock and son, so someone else came out to try and diagnose the problem I was having he walked around with his assistant. I showed him where the well was showed him where the pump was. He didn’t touch a thing turn on the pump and test it did absolutely nothing except walk around... read more

Wally and Anthony were extremely efficient. They did the job quickly and correctly. The installation of our dishwasher was perfect. They checked it's functionality before leaving. During the installation process they walked us through the process and patiently explained how things would function. I am percent satisfied.
