We use Hancock & Son to fix everything we break. In this case replacing pipes and hose bibs that froze. Chris could not have been more helpful and communicative. I hope we stop breaking things. But I doubt we will so we will keep calling Hancock when we do.
A cpvc water line burst under my house during a freeze. H&S responded promptly with two technicians and assessed the situation after entering the tight crawlspace under the house. Video and pics of the damage were taken and shown to me. Repairs were conducted on the spot and verified there were no other leaks upon restoration of water service.
