Hancock and Son is an excellent Company for all of your plumbing needs !!! I was so pleased and thankful with the work performed by Alan the technician who came to my home on 8-12-26. I had leaking pipes from my sink in my bathroom and my cabinet underneath was full of water and I was in distress but Alan calmed my fears and concerns and expeditiously fixed the leak. and did a phenomenal job !!! I called Hancock & Son this morning because I woke up to having no water. The girl I spoke to in the office was quite pleasant and anxious to help me. Patrick was here within the hour. He was extremely personable, very knowledgeable and anxious to help in any way he could. He explained what needed to be done very clearly so this 74 year-old handicapped woman could understand easily. He went on down into the basement and began to work. Person was very nice and respectful. Completed the task to install our new shower head and sprayer. I did think a little expensive especially when we provided the shower head , but the work was done in a timely manner and professionally.
