These adjusters that work for Hancock and whom are being hired by your homeowners insurance company are a complete joke! I’ve had adjusters show up to a homeowners residence before their scheduled appointment times and then to beat that they don’t even inspect the property properly. The Hancock consultant that met with us, our insurance adjuster and roofing contractor had a terrible customer demeanor. He never introduced himself, never spoke directly to us, never made eye contact with us and was overall very standoffish. It was also obvious that he did not care for our roofing contractor as he treated him pretty much the same way. This is our home and he disrespected us, our home, and our contractor. Unfortunately this is not a good company to work for. Unless you have no voice or intention of having one you shouldn’t work here. I was hired and then fired at the end of my second week due to “heresay.” My manager and supervisor were both out for the week, and when the manager came back that Friday they sat in meeting all day discussing who doesn’t like who resulting in several people being fired.
