New Year’s Eve my furnace stopped running very early in the morning. I checked all the basics before I went to work and had my wife call Hancock plumbing when they opened at 8am. A technician was available first thing and arrived quick. Once he found out the furnace was a brand they don’t sell he got a little upset. Hello People, I want to share an experience about Hancock Plumbing. 18 years ago, my furnace failed. The heat extractor was cracked. Hancock told me with a crack that large it’s been broken for a long time. We just moved into the house a month earlier it was 25 below. I think it was the first day of hunting season and I had no furnace. I called everyone in Yorkton everyone except Hancock was hunting, so my only choice was Hancock if I wanted a furnace fast.
