My son had a wonderful experience with Hancock. Everyone there is so patient and did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
5 stars !!!! My daughters teeth were so crooked it wasn’t even funny. At first, she didn’t even want braces, but once they were going to take them off, she didn’t wanna take them off !! thanks to Hancock Orthodontics her teeth are perfectly straight :) ( P.S, sara is her favorite 😊
Great experience! Staff is patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Always plenty of appointment times available. Dr. Hancock developed a great relationship with my son. We will definitely return for our younger kids when it’s time.
In the past two years that I have been taking my son to this center, I am not satisfied with their timing and schedule. You can come in at any time, whether early or late, they will accept you half an hour to an hour later than the scheduled time, and this is not good. We had an appointment at 11:00 today, we arrived at 10:30, but they called us at 11:35. My suggestion is, if time is important to you, don't go there...
