Myatt Hancock - President is a dishonest law breaking person. Never paid the Handcock Mortgage lease in the Auburn Hills, Michigan office they rented from us. Also never paid sales commissions owed to associates that worked there. Highly suggest to never deal with Myatt Hancock.
I am beyond upset. They told us they would not sell the loan; it was sold before we made our first payment. They told us we had to have thousands in our escrow account before we could close, only to discover that was to inflate the amount of our mortgage. they then refunded us those thousands when we closed and now there is nothing in our escrow. They had the amount of our homeowner's insurance incorrect, and it not get paid. Just terrible. I do not recommend this company. Garbage.
