Keith B. screwed me on the VA mortgage I received from him. He kept the VA funding fee for himself instead of turning it into the VA Administration.
Brad has helped me with three different loan processes, and is great at helping to educate on good loan choices and why to use/not use certain types of loans. Even though he couldn't help me on my latest loan (a land loan outside of his local area that requires a local bank), he still helped me with what to look out for in a lender, and tips for what to do to best qualify. I would highly recommend using him if you are looking for an honest loan officer who will work hard for you.
