After jacking around for 6 month and holding 10k in a deposit through their dealer, they came back to say: Oh, we can’t make this in a love seat! The day we placed the order, they assured us they can, I heard the conversation with the salesman, they quoted us and we agreed and left a deposit. It has been nothing but a hassle since: every leather sample we picked is not available for a reason, then we picked one, they had to keep resending samples of the leather, every time it’s 2-3 weeks! We have some exquisite couches that we bought 30 years ago and they are still going strong and amazing the quality is unsurpassed. We are now looking to buy additional furniture and we immediately thought of the best quality we can find and that would be this brand
I would not recommend any product they sell. After having received the overly expensive bar stools I ordered, I had a problem with the foot rail. I called several times and after weeks of seeking answers I finally learned the company will not stand behind their products because they are imported from China or the Philippines, the customer service representative didn't know which country actually made them. I asked to buy parts so I could try to fix the problem. They said they would not do so. Buyer beware.
