The worst... severely disabled had no one with me so of course they take advantage of that. Don't go here at night time. It's small and MRI area locked up at night time. Dr. Owen was very kind to me. But, that Dr. Jason ___ my memory trying to protect me from him abused, his narcissism bloomed, and belittled me. Another ER nightmare, to ad to my C-PTSD and severe anxiety. Stay away unless you can bring someone with you. Money hungry. I'm broke and over inflated too. Hello!
Nice people, caring and trained took a family member here recently and I was impressed with the efficiency and the team effort
I brought my three year old grandson in @ 12 pm today as he was in respiratory distress. I checked in at front desk and was seated. My grandson was really struggling to breathe and complaining that his chest hurt so I asked if he could be seen ASAP. He was then quickly triaged and taken back where he received amazing care from the Dr, nurses and respiratory therapists. A shout out in particular to nurse Ruby who went above and beyond her duties. Been here almost 6 hours. And all we keep getting is "I will be with you in a minute" No answers except that "needs to be admitted but we don't have a GI doctor, so we are sending you somewhere else" and here we are still sitting HERE. Portal already shows admitted to Slidell... but still here... I LOVE our General Practitioner that is with Oschner... but this ER is the worst!!
