I’ve used this company for several different jobs and they haven’t disappointed me yet. They cleared trees on my property, built my house pad in 2018 and dug a pond for me last year. I work part time so I got to spend time with the guys in the field and watch them do a lot of the work. I was very impressed with little Rogie’s operating and the work they’ve done. Thank you guys!
Roger, the president, is a very good Christian man. I worked for his father when I was younger and I have watched his leadership over the years. He takes good care of all of his employees and treats everyone with respect. 5 stars

The most unprofessional and unprepared company I have worked for. They operate like it is still the 20th century, choosing to pay bi-weekly with NO direct deposit. That's IF your paper check even arrives on time. Out of the 7 paychecks I received during my time with them, 4 came late causing serious difficulties for my family.
