This organization is absolutely terrible. They never know what they are talking about, so you get different answers every time you call. We were waiting on a distribution after my wife having to leave her job due to medical reasons. We were told no problem, you will have access in 2 weeks at the most. It has been a month and a half, and every time we call we get a different answer. So unhelpful and uninformed. Do not trust your money here.
