I've used this exchange for many years always have a good dealings
I called this dealer to try and handle a bullion transaction and when they picked up they immediately asked me who I was without announcing their business name. I then proceeded to tell them that I was looking to sell bullion and they said goodbye and hung up in my face. What a rude and unprofessional (insert ad hominem attack) this person must be to have a google registered business and not announce themselves when potential clients call.
