She is extremely unprofessional, rude, and has no respect for her clients. When I called to ask about the parking location, I could clearly hear her making fun of me and speaking negatively about me with a client in her office. When I arrived, I sat there for 10 minutes without any explanation or acknowledgment. Finally, I reminded her that I had another appointment to attend and that my scheduled time had already passed.
