We would highly recommend Hancock Fence. Tyler was very responsive with the quote and a schedule. Tyler was easy to talk to and the consummate professional. Hancock started and finished when they said they would. In the contracting arena, many companies fail to accomplish this. The Hancock crew was efficient, clean and professional. They performed quality workmanship using quality materials. Tyler and the crew effectively communicated potential issues as well as options. We are very pleased with Hancock Fence.

Quality of the fence is good, All-O-Matic gate controller has been a mixed bag. After sale services and communications are poor and even become increasingly rude and non-responsive ever since the other brother inserted himself and took over customer service support. One of their workers accidentally cut my internet cable so I couldn't work for a couple of days. The company seems to only want to make the sale and build the fence, but not interested in providing long-term after-sale service. I would not recommend Hancock for t... read more

I am very pleased with my new fence, and am so glad I went with Hancock. Tyler was very helpful in answering all my questions, and was on site frequently during the process and the building. The crew I had were excellent and worked very well together. I've lived in McKinney a long time, and I always knew from seeing the Hancock sign on fences that they were the best around. I'm happy to say I now have a beautiful Hancock fence too.
