I would highly recommend Hancock for anyone looking for a highly skilled and professional crew. Excellent communication and a fast quote process made a great first impression, and they definitely delivered on it. The crew was careful around our pool equipment and existing landscaping, leaving everything in as good or better condition than when they came. They worked efficiently despite storms that interrupted them midway through, and completed the work promptly and left everything picked up well. We love our new fence!

We would highly recommend Hancock Fence. Tyler was very responsive with the quote and a schedule. Tyler was easy to talk to and the consummate professional. Hancock started and finished when they said they would. In the contracting arena, many companies fail to accomplish this. The Hancock crew was efficient, clean and professional. They performed quality workmanship using quality materials. Tyler and the crew effectively communicated potential issues as well as options. We are very pleased with Hancock Fence.

Quality of the fence is good, All-O-Matic gate controller has been a mixed bag. After sale services and communications are poor and even become increasingly rude and non-responsive ever since the other brother inserted himself and took over customer service support. One of their workers accidentally cut my internet cable so I couldn't work for a couple of days.
