Quality of the fence is good, All-O-Matic gate controller has been a mixed bag. After sale services and communications are poor and even become increasingly rude and non-responsive ever since the other brother inserted himself and took over customer service support. One of their workers accidentally cut my internet cable so I couldn't work for a couple of days. I am very pleased with my new fence, and am so glad I went with Hancock. Tyler was very helpful in answering all my questions, and was on site frequently during the process and the building. The crew I had were excellent and worked very well together. I've lived in McKinney a long time, and I always knew from seeing the Hancock sign on fences that they were the best around. I'm happy to say I now have a beautiful Hancock fence too.
