During a 8/24/25 ambulance call Emt Michael Heckathorn incompetently and erroneously assessed my 89 year old mothers condition to be a stroke and a brain bleed. Based on this "assessment" he advised me if she was not immediately transported to Pittsburgh she would die, while she lay on the floor hearing this. Based on this assessment, he also refused to transport her to WMC even if she "agreed" to go. His mental evaluation of her capacity to make that decision is under investigation.
