Hancock Cleaners sends the clothes out to Budget Cleaners in Gulfport...I'm supposing they are one in the same, another branch of the same company. Nicole at Hancock is so wonderful and helpful...unfortunately her hands were tied in dealing with my issues due to her superiors at Budget Cleaners. The staff at Budget Cleaners are THE WORST CLEANERS and rude! Very disappointed in this cleaner. This was the first time I used this cleaner and I will never go back there again. It took them over a week and a half to get my daughter's flower girl dress cleaned and when I finally was able to pick the dress up, it did not look the same as when I dropped it off. Turns out that while it was getting cleaned, the flowers on the dress fell off and they tried to fix it.
