I was really impressed with how fast and professional the plumber Mason was. He came out to my place in Kansas City and replaced my faulty hot water heater. Mason took care of draining and disconnecting the old tank, then made sure it was hauled away for the warranty swap. He even helped get the new water heater from the store and brought it to the counter, which made everything go quicker and smoother.
