Practices dangerous to safety! My son dropped his car off there to have the front of his 2002 VW Beetle fixed after a front-end collision. After Hancock Auto Body Shop declared the vehicle done, my son went to pick it up. My son drove the car for less than a week when he came home the radiator dropped down and hit the drive way. Sunday we assessed the damage and it turned out that the radiator was just set in and not secured. It was luck this happened just as m son pulled up at home and not on I-25. I called Hancock on a short notice to fix a window that had just broken just as I was leaving town and they were willing to let me bring my van in and had me back on the road in about an hour. They charged me a fair price even when they could have charged me a higher price knowing I was at their mercy.

I took my truck to replace the hood and roof due to hail damage. When I got the truck back I found welding spark holes in both the front and back seats. When they replaced the rear window after putting the new roof on it leaks. I hired a glass company to fix the leak and they found that 10 out of 12 nuts had not been put back on to seal the window. They also found that 4 screws had not been put back in and the holes filled with epoxy instead. Hancock took shortcuts and did terrible work. I did not want them to correct the pr... read more
