Great if you have dental insurance. Don’t expect a cash discount here. They were able to get us in relatively quickly for a filling repair, but the charge was astronomical. I don’t say that lightly. It should not be over $500 for a filling when paying out of pocket.
Dr. Hancheck and her staff are excellent.

Dr. Hancheck was my dentist while growing up in Waynesburg, and thank goodness I left. As a late teen, she started "finding" cavities out of the blue. I regularly brushed and flossed, and I was seeing an orthodontist who didn't see any cavities. I stopped going for a year and a half, and when I found a dentist in State College who I trusted, there were no cavities to be found. Needless to say, I didn't have cavities.
Had a 12:30 appointment today. I thought it was for a filling after a root canal I had done three weeks ago, but it was for a cleaning and an exam. I explained my mix up to the Hygienist and she talked to the Doctor. Doctor Hancheck was able to squeeze me in and take care of everything. I got my teeth cleaned, a complete x-ray and exam, and a filling. Very satisfied with my visit. These Ladies do excellent work. Very professional, everything always clean and sanitize.
