RecommendedKendra Edwards was excellent for my daughter and wife. Its sad that she had to move clinics. 5 stars for her!!!
I dont like going to any kind of doctor but the staff there made me feel comfortable.
I love this practice! They are friendly and you will always be heard and they listen instead of telling you what’s what. Very helpful and the receptionist is great!
Called at 230 to see if I could come by for ear ache and was told that they already had a 3 pm appointment even though I explained I was less than a minute away and itd take too long to complete paperwork so I couldn't come in. WHAT? AREN'T YOU A WALK IN CLINIC??? I won't be giving my business here..not sure who was on the phone but she seriously needs lessons in how NOT to run off business..especially considering you're a new clinic. Very sad...
Totally enjoyed the whole experience from the receptionist , nurse, office manager and the doctor . They are amazing didn't rush you out the door , great bedside manners and funny too which makes any doctors visit hundred times better. They treat you as a person not a patient id number or just another chart . Great folks

They were absolutely great! The nurses were very nice and my doctor was a doll. Great bedside manners, didn’t rush me out the door, really cared about my well being and why I was being seen. Plus, talked to my little one all about his dinosaurs and games. He adores them too. He Said they were really nice ladies. � I made a great decision to have Hanceville primary as my primary health care provider. Thanks again!
