A Good Store For a small store it is excellent. Employees from early twenties to 80+ years old, all friendly and knowledgable. Popcorn is free, and they have an in-store cat, yet they let me bring my dog in. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!
Lousy repair service They dont seems to be able to get things fixed right, don't fix things in a timely mannor and are lousy at staying in touch. By things you can see at this store but avoid their repair service.
Good product and friendly staff I needed to have a duplicate made of my car remote control. I had visited a couple of different hardware stores, but nobody was able to make the duplicate for me. As soon as I mentioned the problem to the associate at Hance, he told me that they could help me. He was able to quickly make another remote and it was affordable as well.
awful ace hardware is the most terriblest place on this planet. I feel sorry for the empolees for working for horrible people.
Very Polite Employees The employees at Ace Hardware in Hopkins are very polite and courteous! I like this business because they are always ready to help you no matter what the situation.
Great Hardware Store There aren't a lot of smaller hardware stores left in the Twin Cities. They've all been subsumed by the giants like Home Depot and Menard's. However, this is a very good hardware store. I base this on a few observations.
