I’ve been here almost 10 years and overall it’s been great. The only concern that I ever had was the high turnover of maintenance people. this changed three years ago when they hired Adele. Adele has been absolutely awesome to work with. Whenever I have had an issue and had to call her, she responds immediately, and I don’t have to wait a week for the issue to be resolved; It’s usually fixed that day or shortly thereafter depending on if parts need to be ordered. I would give it 5 stars but the idiots who built this place put an s shape pipe in for the tub so it gets clogged very often and you cant get a snake in it and drain is expensive to buy weekly. Other then that nice place to live.

I have absolutely loved my time living here so far. The location is so perfect for me. The management has been more than accommodating & Savannah has been there through every step to help me with anything I need. I recommend Hanbury Manor to everyone I know who is looking for a place.
