He is a grumpy old man I had an appt with Mesnard about joint pain. This was the most unpleasant experience I had at any doctor office. I was questioning this appt from the time I arrived. There was a darkskinned black lady working at the front desk. She told me they didnt have internet connection. I couldnt believe that any business would be without the internet in 2011.
