I had a quote for a rear brake job on my last oil change. I was doing a long trip so I waited until after I was back. When I gave Josh the keys, I mentioned a rumble from the back axle that was new and loud on my trip. Turns out it was the bearings that had gone at 80,000 mi. They overfilled my oil changes twice in a row now. Last time, I had to bring my car back for them to fix the overfill, I had oil change for long travel but couldn’t use my car because we did not find the overfill in time. This recent one, I waited 2 hours then I had them check it before I left service to make sure & you guessed it, it is overfilled again.
