I paid $15 extra for washing my hair when its free at other salons. They didnt even mention that i had to pay for it before washing. Scam!
Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. The staff are rude, disrespectful, and completely lack basic customer service skills. They openly gossip about their customers, mock people's appearances, and behave as if they are above the very people who keep their business running. I asked for a red hair dye she told yes it will catch in ur hair . But guess what It’s looks like the same as my black color, i swear it’s looking like henna . And she did for me a toner ( for free) bc she knows she was cooked out but i didn’t get the color i wanted.
