Very disappointing experience. I paid a $25 cash deposit, clearly explained the lash style I wanted, and provided photos, but my lashes were done completely differently and I was overcharged. I was only told afterward that the requested style couldn’t be done, which should have been communicated beforehand. Hannah's husband did my lashes but didn't listen to my preferences. Instead, he did what he wanted and showed me the results afterward. I explained that this wasn't what I requested and sent pictures to clarify. He responded that he couldn't do those styles and I was shocked, asking why he even did my lashes or why he didn’t inform me beforehand.
