I called them up on the phone, told them exactly what I was looking for, and 15 minutes later I showed up and they had me ready to go. My arrangement was already prepared and waiting based on a phone call. They even gave me some suggestions on some combinations that would work well together. No deposit, no information. That is the type of local personal service that I grew up with. I'll be using this florist from now on.
